PRODUCTION
Wearing Leloup means ensuring you're dressed with exceptional materials made exclusively for the brand.
The design of Leloup's materials is the result of technical research by Guillaume Leloup himself and his company G.Leloup Studio (BE).
The creation of extraordinary materials is possible thanks to the collaboration of several French and English manufacturers who, through their know-how and techniques, are able to give birth to exclusive fabrics, accessories and leathers.
Leloup makes a point of having its materials made in Europe.
Waxed cotton is English. Tweed is French just as the salmon leather that comes from recycled food waste, cleaned and dyed on site.
Leloup collections are made in Kosovo, in an independent workshop that complies with European standards and is committed to promoting the work of women.
In a country where only 16% of women participate in the labor market, this workshop stands out for its dynamism and its desire to align its production with European standards, thus offering real professional opportunities to women and their empowerment.
Located in the Balkans, Kosovo boasts an ancient textile tradition and will soon join the EU following its application for membership in 2022.
Leloup's precious French tweeds and leathers, as well as English waxed cottons, are carefully processed on site.
